The reds are produced using a traditional vinification process of crushing, de-stemming, with more or less lengthy vatting, according to the year and the grape variety. Dégustation : Rosé : Its pastel shade is in itself enough to quench your thirst. A wonderful nose with a discrete hint of almond; embracing, seductive and frank. Great elegance and fruitiness. Red : A beautiful ruby colour with dominant red fruit aromas. Exquisite, tender, extremely crisp, very easy on the palate, it’s everything you ever expected of a Côtes de Provence wine.
